1.International Birth Teams and Birth Psychology Congress

Invitation

Dear birth teams, families and people who set their heart to birth;

We are proud to announce the very first World Congress in Istanbul, which will bring Professional Birth Teams, Birth Psychologists and families together for the first time. International Birth Teams and Birth Psychology Congress is going to be held on 28-29-30 June 2019 by Hand to Hand for Births Association.

Our Association was established so all people, regardless of their professions can unite to enable healthier births. Our motto is “Respect to baby, mother, birth physiology, and Professional Birth Teams” We actively work to create an alliance between professionals and the public they serve.
We set out to make ‘birth’ a joy, not a trauma. As each baby will be a part of the next generation, we believe if we can make the births peaceful, conscious, safe and respectful for everyone, we will create a better future.

We aim to provide evidence-based information, various lectures and workshops, which are also based on practical takeaway messages.

Both the former and current presidents of APPPAH and ISPPM will attend, along with Psychologists, Doctors, Midwives and Doulas, offering the latest information.
Families, parents-to-be, bloggers, Influencers etc. are most welcome.

We would like to invite Obstetricians, Midwives, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Family Physicians, birth supporters, all birth workers to our congress. Let’s come together and create ‘HAND TO HAND FOR BIRTHS’ in Istanbul. This is an open invitation to any birth supporters, who are interested. We would like to bring together all health workers and all birth supporters in this Congress and say out loud ‘HAND TO HAND FOR BIRTHS.’

We offer our respect and love and hope to meet you at the 1.st International Birth Teams and Birth Psychology Congress.
